In Your Element Festival, Monte-Carlo’s first-ever wellness event will take place over the weekend of 6/7 July 2019 with a full programme of events. Based on the four elements FIRE, EARTH, AIR & WATER.
The diverse programme will span yoga, breath work, boot camps, football, cycling and many more activities. Festival attendees will be invited to daily workshops and demonstrations on healthy eating and nutrition, meditation, crystals, Reiki and beauty treatments. Panel discussions with experts in health, beauty, nutrition and sport will educate in the latest news and trends from the wellness industry.
London and Monte-Carlo’s top experts and athletes will showcase their talent, and share their experiences and knowledge. Based at The Columbus Hotel and World Class Gym. |
