Following the successful launch last year of TRP 10,000™, the largest and most comprehensive survey of member behaviour ever carried out in the health and fitness industry, we are really excited to launch the first TRP 10,000™ Event for 2014. We have exceeded our target of identifying 10,000 health and fitness members that will be tracked over the next 3 - 5 years. The study will provide learning on member behaviour before, during and after joining, and will provide an understanding of what shapes experience and how this can be improved.
At this event, Dr Melvyn Hillsdon will present the latest findings from this exciting study, following up from Health Club Management April's feature article on Group Exercise. We will discuss and examine in depth the range of activities people usually attend their clubs for, how group exercisers differ from non-group exercisers and whether group exercisers have higher Net Promoter Scores® and higher retention rates than non-group exercisers.
