Save Friday the Fifth of November for the 14th annual HIT Edinburgh Lunch which will arrive at The Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa with a bang.
A host of attendees from the hospitality sector will enjoy a fireworks themed meal created by Malcolm Webster, Executive Chef at The Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa and guests will feel their tastebuds explode with exciting and innovative dishes.
Since launching 14 years ago the HIT Edinburgh Lunch has raised over £410,000.
HIT Scotland uses money raised to support and encourage excellence from students and young people within the hospitality industry, developing their skills and experience.
